Quick strawberry liqueur
Ingredients
Strawberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 kg
Water - 500 ml
Vodka - 500 ml
Method of preparation
The berry must be washed and grinded with sugar using a blender.
Put the strawberry puree in a saucepan, add water and cook until syrupy.
Pour the liquid into a transparent glass container and let it steep for 5 days in sunlight.
Remember to stir the contents of the container daily.
After that, you need to filter the "strawberry syrup" through a homemade or purchased filter and dilute with vodka.
Pour the finished liqueur into glass bottles and let it stand for another 3 days in a cool place. Store the drink in the refrigerator or cellar.
Classic strawberry liqueur
Ingredients
Strawberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 750 g
Water - 500 ml

Rinse the strawberries thoroughly and remove any spoiled fruit.

Water - 250 ml
Alcohol - 500 ml
Lemon juice - 6 drops
The method of preparation
Strawberries must be thoroughly washed and spoiled fruits removed.
Put the prepared berries in a glass container and pour undiluted alcohol. Insist in a dark, warm place for 14 days.
After 2 weeks, you need to strain the tincture through a homemade or purchased filter.
Cooking sugar syrup with the addition of lemon juice.
After cooling, mix it with the tincture and pour it into glass bottles.
Store the finished strawberry liqueur in a cool, dark place.
Strawberry liqueur on cognac
To prepare this liqueur, you need to take a high-quality (real) cognac/brandy so that it complements the drink with woody notes and does not spoil the finished product.
