Sugar - 1 kg
Water - 250 ml
Method of preparation
Squeeze the tangerine juice in advance, strain and pour into a saucepan.
Pour water into a large saucepan. Put on the stove and heat over low heat, gradually adding sugar.
Cook (without boiling)!) until the sugar is completely dissolved and a thick sugar syrup is formed.
Gently, in a thin stream, without splashing on the walls of the pan, pour in the tangerine juice.
Stir the syrup thoroughly with a wooden spoon and bring to a boil.
When the first bubbles appear, reduce the heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Strain the finished syrup through cheesecloth or a fine sieve and bottle it.
Seal tightly, cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
