Syrup made from the cardamom: 2 recipes at home

You can dilute the syrup with hot water and drink it as tea.
Or dilute with cold water and chill with ice cubes for a great thirst-quenching drink.

An easy recipe for a carcass syrup
The ingredients
Cardamom - 20 flowers
Water - 350 ml
Sugar - 500 g
Cooking method
Pour boiling water over the carcass flowers, cover and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Strain the tincture through a fine strainer, add sugar.
Put on low heat and stir with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves.
Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool.
Pour into an airtight container while still warm and close tightly. Store in the refrigerator.
An alternative recipe for carcass syrup
Ingredients
Water - 4 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Finely chopped carcasses - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Vanilla - 1 pod
Method of preparation
Combine water, sugar and hibiscus flowers in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice.
Separate and clean the vanilla seeds from the vanilla beans and add the seeds to the saucepan. Add the vanilla bean as well; stir until the sugar has melted. Remove from the heat.
Let the mixture steep for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve; strain again through cheesecloth or a tea towel to remove any fine powdery hibiscus residue.
Pour the syrup into a sterilized container, close tightly.
Let the syrup stand at room temperature until cool, about 1 hour. Move the container to the refrigerator.
The syrup keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
