Orange syrup: 3 recipes at home

The aromatic orange syrup is great for soaking cake layers and for preparing various summer cocktails.
Also made from orange: liqueur, wine, liqueur, tincture
Recipe for orange syrup with zest
Ingredients
Orange - 4 pieces.
Sugar - 600 g
Water - 450 ml
The method of preparation
First cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice out of them.
Then cut the oranges with the peel into small pieces, pour boiling water over them and cook for about 10 minutes. Next, strain.
Add sugar to the drained liquid and bring the resulting mass to a boil, then add the squeezed orange juice to the syrup and cook for 15 minutes.
Recipe for orange syrup without zest
Ingredients
Orange - 300 ml
Sugar - 600 g
Water - 600 ml
The method of preparation
Prepare the base syrup from water and sugar.
Add the orange juice and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Pour into sterile containers and close tightly.
Let cool and store in the refrigerator until needed.
Recipe for orange syrup with wine vinegar
Ingredients
Oranges - 4 pcs.
Wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
Sugar - 2 kg
Water - 5 glasses
Orange zest - 3-4 tbsp.
The method of preparation
Peel the fruit from the peel and remove as much white pulp as possible.
Put the peeled fruit in a saucepan, add a glass of water and a spoonful of vinegar. Wait 1 hour for the juice to run completely out of the oranges.
Pour sugar into another container and add 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Add orange juice and grated zest to the saucepan. Cook for 7 minutes.
Add another spoonful of wine vinegar and remove the pan from the stove.
Strain the concentrate through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. The syrup is ready!
