Ingredients

  4. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, stir the mixture well and pour into the can.

  5. Seal the can and place in a warm, dark place. It will take about 10 days to ferment.

Ingredients

  1. Apple cake - 10 kg

  2. Sugar - 5 kg

  3. Water - 35 liters

  4. Pressed yeast - 350 g

The method of preparation

  1. The apple cake obtained as a result of squeezing the juice should be placed in a container for preparing the mash.

  2. Heat the purified water a little and pour it over the cake.

  3. Dissolve the sugar separately in water, let it dissolve completely and pour it into the general tank.

  4. Separately, according to the instructions, yeast is bred and poured into the wort. After that, the entire mash must be thoroughly mixed.

  5. The container is tightly sealed and sent to a warm place. The temperature in the storage room should not exceed 28 degrees. During the first five days, the apple infusion must be stirred periodically. The duration of the entire fermentation period is about a week.

  6. The finished brew should be passed through cheesecloth several times. After that, you can refuel the moonshine still and distill the distillate.

  3. Raisins - 100 g

  4. Water - 3 liters

Method of preparation

  1. Apples are wiped with a dry towel; it is strictly forbidden to wash the fruit, as wild yeast is found on the skin. The core of the fruit is cut out and the seeds are selected.

  2. Using a grater, mash the fruit and pour 1.5 liters of water into it.

  3. Then 1 kg of sugar is added to the mixture, everything is mixed. The workpiece is left in a warm room for 48 hours.

  4. After the raw material begins to ferment, add the rest of the sugar, water and raisins. Then the container is sealed and left until fermentation is complete.

  5. Distill the finished brew and dilute it with purified water.
