Apple tincture and liqueur has a light fruity flavor and is perfect for drinking neat or for adding to your favorite cocktails.
For these drinks, you need to take ripe, flavorful apples with an average sugar content.

Apple liqueur (without vodka)
Ingredients
Apples - 4 kg
Granulated sugar - 1 kg
The method of preparation
Wash the apples, core them and cut them into small slices.
Put the prepared apples in a jar, cover with sugar and cover with gauze in several layers. Put the container in a sunny place for 4-5 days before fermentation begins.
After the first signs of fermentation appear (hissing, sour smell or foam), move our liquor to a cool, dark place. It takes from 4 to 6 months for the mixture to fully play out.
As soon as the fermentation process is over, the apple liqueur can be filtered through a homemade or purchased filter and poured into glass bottles. Store the finished product in the cellar or refrigerator.
Apple liqueur on vodka
Ingredients
Water - 7.5 liters
Vodka - 1.5 liters
Apples - 2.5 kg
Sugar - 2 kg
The method of preparation
Wash apples, peel and core, cut into slices.
Put in a glass jar, pour vodka and cooled boiled water.
Cover with folded gauze, leave in the sun for 14-15 days.
Shake the jar gently every day. When the apples pop up, strain the liquid through cheesecloth, add sugar in portions, stirring well.
Keep the liqueur in the sun for 2 days, put it in a cold place for 10 days.
Drain the liqueur, strain and pour into dry bottles. Carefully cork, keep in a cold place for about 20 days before use.
Apple liqueur with pears on vodka
Apple-pear tincture can be prepared from any alcohol (moonshine, alcohol or cognac).
Ingredients
Apples - 1 kg
Pears - 1 kg
Granulated sugar - 5 kg
Vodka - 2 liters
Water - 1 liter
Nutmeg - 2 pcs.
Lemon balm - 6 leaves
The method of preparation
Apples and pears should be washed, peeled, core and cut into slices.
Put the apples in a jar, add nutmeg, lemon balm and pour vodka. Let it brew for 2-3 weeks in a dark place.
After 2-3 weeks, filter the tincture through a homemade or purchased filter, add sugar and mix until it is completely dissolved.
Pour the liqueur into glass bottles and you can start tasting. Store the tincture in a cool place for no more than 15 months.
P.S. If you do not like spicy drinks, then nutmeg and lemon balm can be omitted.
A classic recipe for apple tincture on moonshine
This is the easiest and fastest recipe for making apple tincture. As an alcoholic component, instead of moonshine, you can take vodka or inexpensive cognac.
It is worth noting that the tincture will be quite strong 25-30%.

Apples - 1 kg
Moonshine - 1 liter
Cinnamon stick - half a stick
Vanillin - 3 g

Wash the apples, core them and cut them into slices.
Put the apple slices in a jar, add cinnamon, vanilla and pour moonshine, close the lid tightly and put in a dark place for 7 days.
After a week, filter the tincture through a homemade or purchased filter, pour into glass bottles and store in the refrigerator or cellar.
P.S. The apples can be poured over the alcohol again and let stand for 10-12 days in a dark place. Then repeat step 3.
You can also remove all flavored components and prepare the tincture in its pure form.
Apple tincture with honey
The apple tincture prepared according to this recipe will be moderately sweet with a slight sourness. The strength of the tincture is 20-25%.

Apple tincture with bourbon
This recipe has American roots and only apple peel is needed for its preparation, as it has a high content of essential oils. It is important that bourbon will not lose its strength.
Ingredients
Apples - 800 g
Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
Cloves - 2 pcs.
Bourbon - 750 ml
The method of preparation
Wash the apples thoroughly and carefully peel them.
Transfer the "apple zest" to a liter jar, add a cinnamon stick, cloves and pour bourbon.
Insist our tincture for 7 days in a dark place at room temperature. After 2 days, the spices can be removed from the jar to avoid completely interrupting the taste of the apples.

Apple tincture on two types of alcohol
This tincture has an unusual play of flavors. It's a cross between a liqueur and a tincture. But it is better to make sure that it is really tasty and unusual.
Ingredients
Apples - 1.2 kg
Vodka - 500 ml
Cognac - 500 ml
Sugar - 350 g
Water - 170 ml

In this recipe, you can replace ginger root with rose hips (you need to take half a glass), and moonshine with vodka.
