Tequila Cazadores: description and types

About Casadores tequila
Tequila Cazadores - a forty-degree drink that is 100% distillate blue agave.
Cazadores means hunters in Spanish. Thus, the premium tequila of the same name with an appropriate deer on the label can be safely called "Hunting"...
In addition to the use of authentic pre-industrial ovens for steaming agave cones, the production of "Myslyvska", according to the manufacturer, uses an uncharacteristic method of double fermentation, as well as a natural double distillation of the resulting brew...
Then, if necessary, the young distillate is aged in small new branded barrels made of white American oak.
It is clear that a drink made in this way is a very expensive pleasure.
At the same time, it deserves to be tasted at least once.
A little history of the Cazadores brand
It's hard to say what motivated the brand's creator, a Mexican farmer: Jose Maria Bañuelos, to choose a deer as the symbol of his drink.
Perhaps the newly minted tequilero, who selflessly spent all his wealth on the purchase of an agave plantation in 1922, was forced to hunt down horned beauties that roamed the neighborhood for a living..
Perhaps the farmer's aesthetic preferences played a decisive role.
It is also possible that the deer appeared on the Cazadores label as a symbol of the Los Altos area, where the distillery that produces the drink is still located; or Jose Maria simply believed that the tequila he created was especially well suited to venison.
But this is not the main thing. Tequila with deer is a favorite and in demand. It is among the top five best-selling agave distillates.
And despite the fact that this brand eventually became the property of the Bacardi house, it continues to be produced according to the original secret recipe created by the founder of the company.
