Ingredients

  1. In this recipe, germinated wheat is called malt. When preparing a product with offshoots, it is important to turn the grains regularly so that they do not become moldy. Wheat with more than 2 cm of offshoots is considered suitable for brewing mash.

  2. The brew is started. To do this, warm water (about 60 degrees) and sugar are mixed in a large can, and everything is thoroughly mixed. Add yeast and malt to the slightly cooled mixture. The brew is stored in a room with a temperature not exceeding 28 degrees.

  3. Ryazhenka is used as a purifier for brag, as dairy products neutralize the cyanide flavor well.

  4. You can distill the brew in any convenient way, most often using moonshine machines of your own production. You need to carry out this process twice. When performing the second distillation, the alcohol should be diluted with distilled water, in a 1:1 ratio. You should carefully monitor the thermometer.

  5. During distillation, it is recommended to collect the first 10% of alcohol separately and not use it in the total mass. On grain residues, you can fill the brew several more times.

Moonshine from wheat without yeast

Ingredients

  2. Water - 18 liters

  3. Sugar - 6.5 kg

The method of preparation

  1. Prepare the malt. To do this, you should select high-quality wheat grain that has been lying around for more than two months since harvest, rinse it several times and soak it in a large container. Water should be poured so that the grain is completely covered, leave it in a dark, cool place, stirring regularly. When the sprouts reach a size of more than two centimeters, the grain can be allowed to enter.

  2. Mix malt with sugar, pour 15 liters of water and leave the brew for 3-4 days.

  3. You can purify moonshine with activated carbon. It must be spread out on cheesecloth and the alcohol liquid must be filtered through it.

  4. Distill using a moonshine still, selecting the first and last fractions to make the moonshine of good quality. The strength of such an alcoholic beverage should be left at 45 degrees.

Moonshine from dried wheat grains

Ingredients

  1. Wheat - 5 kg

  2. Purified water - 15 liters

  3. Sugar - 5 kg

The method of preparation

  1. Wheat grains are dried in an oven and crushed. Ready wheat flour is mixed with sugar and poured with water.

  2. The mixture is placed in a large can, carefully sealed and left in a warm place for 4 days (this time period will take the fermentation process).

  3. After that, in order to rid the finished drink of impurities, it must be distilled 2-3 times, separating the initial and final yield of the product.

  4. Special attention in this case requires cleaning. It can be made in two ways: throw activated carbon directly into a container with moonshine and leave it for 12 days, shaking regularly every two days, or strain the liquid through cheesecloth with crushed charcoal or tea leaves. Tea brew has good clarifying properties.

  5. If you store the fermentation in a cold room, the moonshine production process will take several weeks.

Home production technology is characterized by its complexity and subtlety, but everyone can handle it. A home-made alcoholic beverage is of a higher quality than a professionally produced liquid.
