Tincture on raisins: 3 recipes at home

After the grapes turn into raisins, they retain up to 80% of their nutrients. And in addition to confectionery, this product makes excellent homemade alcohol.
So that the color scheme of the finished tincture is not too boring and gloomy, you should choose raisins of maroon and large dark varieties without seeds.
A versatile recipe for raisin tincture
The versatility of this recipe lies in the fact that you can exclude or combine the ingredients that are indicated in the recipe with the "optional" mark.
Ingredients
Raisins - 150 g
Vodka - 500 ml
Granulated sugar/floral honey - 30-100 g (to taste)
Vanillin - 1 pinch (optional)
Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs. (optional)
Black tea - 1 tsp. (optional)
Bay leaf - 1 pc. (optional)
Method of preparation
Raisins need to be washed and dried a little.
Put all the ingredients in a glass container and pour the prepared alcohol.
Leave the drink for a week at room temperature in a dimly lit place. Be sure to shake the contents of the container once a day.
After 7 days, strain the tincture, squeeze out the pulp, filter and bottle it. Also at this stage, you can additionally sweeten the drink.
Before tasting, keep the raisin tincture for another 2-3 days in a cool place.
Spicy raisin tincture
Ingredients
Raisins - 400 g
Moonshine - 700 ml
Orange - 1 pc.
Brown sugar - 250 g
Candied fruit - 100 g
Cinnamon stick - 2 pcs.
Vanilla pod - 2 pcs.
Cloves - 6 buds
Nutmeg - 0.5 h. л.
Ginger, red pepper, coriander, allspice - one pinch each
The method of preparation
Pour boiling water over the orange, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice.
Put the orange ingredients in a glass container and add all the remaining ingredients. Pour in the alcohol base.
Cover the jar with a lid, shake well and leave in a warm, dark place for about 7 days.
After a week, the drink should be filtered, passed through a coffee or cotton filter two or three times, and then bottled.
Cool the raisin tincture and serve it to the table.
Raisin tincture with oriental notes
Ingredients
Raisins - 100 g
Dried apricots - 100 g
Vodka - 500 ml
The method of preparation
Dried fruits should be thoroughly washed, dried and put into a glass container.
Pour in the prepared alcohol and leave for 14 days indoors without direct sunlight.
After the specified time, strain the finished tincture and squeeze out the dried fruits.
After filtering the drink, pour it into a bottle, cool it down and start tasting.
