Strawberry tincture: 5 recipes at home

Simple strawberry tincture

In this recipe, the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your taste preferences.

Ingredients

Method of preparation

  1. Strawberries must be washed and the stalks removed.

  2. Then put the prepared berries, granulated sugar in a glass container and fill with the prepared alcohol. Vodka should cover the berries by 2-3 cm.

  3. Leave the tincture for 1.5 months in a dark place at room temperature. Do not forget to shake the contents of the container every 3-4 days.

  4. After 45 days, the drink must be filtered, filtered and bottled.

  5. Store the finished strawberry tincture in the refrigerator for no more than 4 years.

  6. Drink strength - 26-28 degrees.

Strawberry tincture with lemon

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries - 1 kg

  2. Lemon - 1 pc.

  3. Vodka - 500 ml

  4. Granulated sugar - 250 g

The method of preparation

  1. First, strawberries must be prepared: wash, remove the stalks and cut in half.

  2. Put berries in a glass jar and cover with granulated sugar. Leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

  3. Then pour in the alcohol and put in a dark place for 30 days to age. Shake the contents of the container once every few days.

  4. After a month, strain the tincture, squeeze out the pulp and pour into a clean container.

  5. Now pour boiling water over the lemon, wipe it with a paper towel, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice.

  6. Add lemon ingredients to the strawberry tincture and continue to infuse the drink for about two weeks.

  7. Strain the finished strawberry-lemon tincture again, then filter and bottle it.

  8. Before tasting, leave the drink in a cool place for 1-2 months to stabilize the taste. The shelf life is no more than three years, and the strength of the product is 16-19 degrees.

Strawberry tincture on cognac

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries - 500 g

  2. Inexpensive cognac - 500 ml

  3. Water - 2 glasses

  4. Granulated sugar - 300 g

The method of preparation

  1. Make simple syrup from sugar and water sugar syrup.

  2. While the syrup is boiling, wash the strawberries, remove the stems and pierce each berry in several places with a toothpick.

  3. Now throw the strawberries into the syrup and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

  4. Pour the strawberry syrup into a glass container and add the cognac. Leave for 30 days in a dark, cool place.

  5. After the specified time, strain the finished tincture, filter through a purchased or homemade filter and bottle it.

  6. The shelf life of the drink is 3 years, and its strength varies from 13 to 15 degrees.

Strawberry tincture on tequila

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries - 250 g

  2. Lime - 2 pcs.

  3. Tequila - 500 ml

  4. Sugar - to taste (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. Prepare the strawberries in the same way as in the previous recipes and cut them in half.

  2. Peel one lime and cut the other into slices.

  3. Put all the ingredients in a jar of the appropriate size, pour the alcohol base and leave for 5 days in a cool, dark place.

  4. The rest of the procedure is as follows: strain, filter, and bottle.

  5. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator for no more than a year.

Strawberry tincture with basil in gin

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries - 250 g

  2. Basil, chopped and tightly tamped - 1/2 cup

  3. Gin - 500 ml

  4. Sugar - to taste (optional)

This drink is prepared in exactly the same way, like the previous one. Prepare the strawberries, put all the ingredients in a jar, and then follow the recipe.
