Cranberry liqueur: 4 recipes at home

If you've ever made cranberry tinctures, you know that it's not difficult at all. Homemade liqueur is in no way inferior to traditional drinks. It is very fragrant, with a pleasant sourness and moderate sweetness. And most importantly, cranberries are sold all year round and at a fairly reasonable price.

Also made from cranberries tincture and liquor.

Tips before you start

  1. You can use both fresh and frozen berries to make cranberry tincture.

  2. In recipes that do not use an alcoholic component, it is best to take freshly picked berries. This is a guarantee that the drink will be able to brew on its own, without adding additional ingredients.

  3. For all other recipes, you can use vodka, food alcohol or double-distilled moonshine as a basis.

  4. If the moonshine still has a pungent odor, then recipes with the addition of honey are ideal for it. It will be able to interrupt the unpleasant aroma and soften the taste of the finished drink.
