Ingredients
Blueberries - 1.5 kg
Water - 300 ml
Granulated sugar - 500 ml
The method of preparation
Grind fresh unwashed berries in a way convenient for you (with a blender, pestle, hands or a meat grinder).
Put the prepared blueberries in a glass container, add sugar and water.
After everything is mixed well, cover the neck with cheesecloth and leave it for 3-4 days in a dark place at a temperature of 18-25 degrees. Once a day, stir the contents of the jar with a clean wooden spoon.
As soon as the first signs of fermentation appear, instead of cheesecloth, install a water seal and leave in a dark place for 1-1.5 months.
