Ingredients

  2. Diluted alcohol 40-45% - 500 ml

  3. Orange peel - 3 g

  4. Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.

  5. Black currant leaf - 1 pc.

  6. Vanillin - on the tip of a knife

The method of preparation

  1. Dry the orange zest for 1-2 days in the sun or in the oven.

  2. First you need to steam the pine nuts. Pour the nuts into a metal bowl, pour boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes, then drain the water and repeat the procedure 2 more times.

  3. Put the prepared nuts in a glass container and pour all the remaining ingredients with an alcohol base.

  4. Insist 10 days in a warm, unlit place. Shake the contents of the jar every two days.

  5. After 10 days, strain the tincture, bottle it and put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Then you can start tasting.

Tincture on pine nuts with vodka

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts in the shell - 25 g

  2. Vodka - 500 ml

  3. Vanillin - on the tip of a knife

  4. Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

  1. Put a pot of water on the fire and after boiling, throw in the nuts and boil for 2-3 minutes, then drain the water and repeat this procedure 2-3 more times.

  2. Break the prepared nuts with a hammer and put them in a glass container.

  3. Then add vanilla, sugar and pour vodka. Insist 10 days in a dark, warm place.

  4. After aging, filter the finished tincture and pour it into a bottle.

  5. Before tasting, keep for another 3-5 days in a cool place.

Tincture on pine nuts on moonshine

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts in their shells - 100 g

  2. Quality moonshine - 2 liters

  3. Granulated sugar - 110 g

  4. Cloves - 1 pc.

The method of preparation

  1. Split the nuts into 2 parts with a hammer and put them in a 1 liter jar.

  2. Add crystal sugar, a clove bud to the nuts and pour over the alcoholic base.

  3. Insist 10 days in a warm, dark place, shake once every 2-3 days.

  4. Strain the nut concentrate and dilute it in a 1:1 ratio with another liter of moonshine.

  5. Pour into glass bottles and store the tincture in a dark place without an expiration date.

  6. The strength of the drink is 35-36 degrees.

Medicinal tincture on pine nuts

For medicinal purposes, we recommend consuming no more than 50 g of this tincture before meals.

  2. Vodka - 1 liter
