If you prefer a more concentrated product, then you should increase the amount of ginger to 75 grams.

Ginger root - 50 g
Vodka - 1 liter
Honey - 100 g
The method of preparation
Wash, peel and grate the ginger or use a meat grinder.
Then put all the ingredients in a glass container, mix and leave for two weeks in a dark place at room temperature. Do not forget to shake the contents of the jar every few days.
After 14 days, strain the ginger tincture through a strainer and then filter.
Pour the finished drink into bottles.
Store the tincture in a cool place for no more than two years. The strength is about 36-38 degrees.
Fragrant express ginger tincture on moonshine
This version of the tincture is prepared in just 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients
Peeled ginger root - 20 g
Quality moonshine - 500 ml
Honey - 1 hour.л.
Salt - 1 pinch
Lemon - 1 piece.
The method of preparation
First, you need to prepare lemon and ginger. Lemon - pour boiling water over it, wipe it dry, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Ginger - grate on a fine grater.
Put the zest, ginger and salt in a jar, mix.
Add lemon juice and mix again.
Now let the ginger-honey mixture steep for about 5 minutes.
