Pistachio liqueur: 2 recipes at home

You don't have to fly to Italy to taste this unsurpassed liqueur, you can just make it right in your kitchen.
Homemade pistachio liqueur
The original recipe uses Italian grappa, but to adapt this recipe to our products, you can replace it with simple vodka.
Ingredients
Pistachio kernels - half a glass
Granulated sugar - half a glass
Water - half a glass
Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
Cloves - 1 pc.
Raisins - 12 pcs.
Grape grappa - 400 ml
The method of preparation
First, prepare all the ingredients. To do this: grind nuts in a blender and spices in a mortar.
Then put everything in a glass container for infusion, add raisins and pour grappa. Insist 14 days in a dark and warm room.
After two weeks, strain the tincture.
Preparing a simple one sugar syrup.
After cooling, mix it with spicy tincture and then pass it through a filter.
Pour into a bottle and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
After aging, you can start tasting.
Italian pistachio liqueur
Ingredients
Raw pistachio kernels - 250 g
Milk - 1 liter
Vodka - 500 ml
Granulated sugar - 450 g
Vanilla pod - 2-3 cm
Method of preparation
First, the nuts must be chopped in any way convenient for you.
Pour nuts into a glass container, add vanilla and pour alcohol. Insist 7 days in a dark place at room temperature.
After a week, the pistachio infusion must be filtered.
From milk and sugar we make a kind of milk and sugar syrup. To do this, combine the two ingredients and then boil them for 10 minutes.
After the milk mixture has cooled, mix it with the tincture and then filter it well.
The pistachio cream liqueur is ready, but it needs to be chilled before tasting.
