Ingredients
Sweet cherries - 500 g
For the vodka - 500 ml
Sugar - 450 g
Water - 1 liter
Vanilla sugar - 50 g
Lemon slices - 3 pcs.
The method of preparation
Cherries must be thoroughly washed and sorted, removing spoiled berries and cuttings.
Pour the prepared cherries with pits into a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Then put lemon, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar in the cherry broth and simmer for another 10 minutes.
After the syrup has cooled, strain it through a sieve.
Pour the alcohol base and the prepared cherry syrup into a glass container, shake well and let it stand for 14 days in a cool, dark place.
After the specified time, filter the finished liquor through a purchased or homemade filter.
Pour into glass bottles and store in a cool, dark place.
An alternative classic recipe
Ingredients
Cherries - 1 kg
Sugar syrup- 1 л
Cognac or alcohol 40% - 1 liter

Peel and stone the cherries, put them in a jar and pour cognac or alcohol so that they are covered with it.
Close the jar and leave for 8-15 days, stirring from time to time.
Then strain the liquid through cheesecloth in 4 layers and squeeze the cherries.
Mix the resulting liquid with with sugar syrup, filter, bottle and store in a cool place.
Spiced sweet cherry liqueur
Ingredients
Sweet cherries - 500 g
Vodka - 700 ml
Red dry wine - 500 ml
Granulated sugar - 300 g
Cinnamon stick - 1/2
Cloves - 2 buds
Almonds - 9 pcs.
Zest of half an orange
Method of preparation
Wash and sort the cherries thoroughly, removing spoiled berries and cuttings.
Put the prepared berries in a glass vessel (crush them with a pestle), add granulated sugar, cinnamon, peeled almonds, cloves, orange zest and pour the alcohol base. Let it stand for 6 weeks in a cool dark place, shaking 2 times a week.
After the specified time, strain the infusion through a sieve and squeeze the berries.
Mix the strained infusion with red wine and let it brew for another 1 month. Then filter the finished liqueur through a homemade or purchased filter and pour into glass bottles.
Store the drink in a cool, dark place.
Quick sweet cherry liqueur

Ingredients
Cherries - 350 g
Cherry leaves - 100 g
Cloves - 2 л
Water - 900 ml
Citric acid - 10 g
Granulated sugar - 600 g

Wash the cherries and cherry leaves thoroughly and sort them out, removing spoiled berries and cuttings. Remove the pits from the cherries.
Put the prepared berries and leaves into a saucepan and cover with water, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cool the broth to room temperature and strain through a sieve.
Cooking simple sugar syrup on cherry broth.
Mix syrup and alcohol base in a glass container. Shake and leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Sweet cherries - 1 kg
White rum - 500 ml
Alcohol (95.6%) - 50 ml
Honey - 3/4 cup
Vanilla pod - 1/2
Cloves - 5 buds

Cherries must be thoroughly washed and sorted, removing spoiled berries and cuttings. Remove the seeds from the cherries.
Put the prepared berries, vanilla, cloves in a glass container and pour honey over them. Let it stand for a day in a cool place.
The next day, pour the alcoholic base into a glass container and leave for another 3 months in a cool dark place.
After the specified time, filter the liquor and squeeze the berries well. Leave for 3-4 days to settle.
Then gently drain off the sediment and filter again. Pour the finished cherry liqueur into glass bottles.
It is advisable to age for another 3 months before tasting. Store in a cool, dark place.
Strong liqueur from cherries
Ingredients
Sweet cherries - 4 kg
Granulated sugar - 2.5 kg
For the vodka - 1 л

Cherries must be thoroughly washed and sorted, removing spoiled berries and cuttings. Remove the pits from the cherries.
Put the prepared cherries in a glass container, add 1.250 kg of granulated sugar and pour 500 ml of the alcoholic base. Let it stand in a cool, dark place for 5 weeks.
After the specified time, filter the drink and add the remaining sugar and alcohol. Continue to insist in the same place for another 7 days.
Pour the finished cherry liqueur into glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
Sweet cherry liqueur with cognac
The strength of the finished cherry liqueur is around 18%.

Sweet cherries - 2 kg
Cognac - 500 ml

Water - 400 ml

And while the syrup is cooking, cut the cherries in half. Pour syrup over the prepared berries and let it brew for a day in a cool place.
The next day, drain the cherry syrup, add vanilla, cinnamon to it and bring to a boil over low heat, and transfer the berry to a glass container.
After the syrup has cooled, add cognac to it, filter it through a purchased or homemade filter and pour it into a glass container with the berries. Let stand for 2 weeks in a cool, dark place.
After the specified time, filter the finished liqueur again and pour it into glass bottles. Store the drink in the refrigerator.
Cherry liqueur with mint and lemon
Ingredients
Sweet cherries - 700 g
Vodka - 500 ml
Granulated sugar - 220 g
Mint leaves - 15 pcs.
Cherry pits - 10 pieces.
Zest of one lemon
The method of preparation
Wash and sort the cherries thoroughly, removing spoiled berries and cuttings. Pit the cherries and set aside 10 pieces separately.
Crush the pits with a kitchen hammer and wrap them well in cheesecloth.
Put the prepared cherries, pits, granulated sugar, lemon zest, mint leaves, and alcohol base into a glass container and pour over the alcohol base. Let it brew for a week in direct sunlight, and then for 30 days in a cool, dark place.
After the specified time, the drink must be filtered through a purchased or homemade filter and poured into glass bottles.
Store the finished sweet cherry liqueur in the refrigerator.
