Nut syrup: a recipe at home

A thick syrup with a pronounced nutty flavor that can be made from any nut (peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds).

How to make syrup

To prepare the nut syrup, chop the nuts, pour sugar syrup and boil over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring continuously.

After that, cool the syrup, strain it and pour it into glass containers. To get a clear nut syrup, you need to strain it several times.

The nut proportions can be either 1 to 1 or mono-nut syrup, but in this case the taste will not be as interesting.

The main thing to remember is that imagination (in terms of proportions) and the availability of available raw materials are important for this syrup.
