Lavender syrup: a recipe at home

The syrup has a pronounced lavender aroma and a sweet, slightly tart taste.
Great for making various desserts, as a topping for desserts and summer drinks. Goes well with coffee and tea.
Making lavender syrup
When choosing lavender, use buds that have not opened and bloomed completely - for the best flavor, choose buds that are fully purple but still tightly closed.
You can also use dried lavender.
