Mulled wine with lemon and spices
Ingredients
White dry wine - 750 ml
Lemon - 2 slices
Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
Cloves - 2 buds
Honey - to taste
Method of preparation
Pour white wine into a saucepan, add honey, lemon and spices.
Put the saucepan on low heat and heat until small bubbles appear. Just do not bring to a boil, otherwise all the useful and flavoring properties will be lost.
Turn off the heat and let the mulled wine brew for about 15 minutes under a tightly closed lid.
Then pour it into glasses and enjoy the warming drink before it gets cold.
Fragrant mulled white wine with orange and brown sugar
Ingredients
Dry white wine - 500 ml

Brown sugar - 4 tbsp.

Mix orange juice, spices and brown sugar in a saucepan.

In this recipe, you can use frozen berries instead of fresh raspberries. You can replace the vanilla bean with one sachet of vanilla sugar.

Dry white wine - 500 ml
Raspberries - 200 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla pod - 1 pc.
The method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Cut the vanilla bean beforehand, scrape out all the contents and cut the bean into random pieces. And only then add all the vanilla ingredients to the rest of the ingredients.
Now warm the contents of the stewpan, but do not bring it to a boil.
Pour boiling water over the serving dishes, and then pour the finished mulled wine. This is necessary to keep the drink warm longer.
White mulled wine with dark rum and fruit

Dry white wine - 750 ml
Dark rum - 1 tbsp.
Half an orange
Half of an apple
Water - 100 ml

Bring water, spices and sugar to a boil.
While the mixture is boiling, cut the fruit into thin slices, then throw them into the already boiling water and boil for one minute.

Then pour our fragrant white drink into mulled wine glasses.
Mulled white wine with egg yolk
Ingredients
White dry wine - 1 bottle
Egg yolk - 2 pcs.
Cloves - 4 buds
Granulated sugar - 4 tbsp.
Water - 250 ml.
The method of preparation
In a saucepan of a suitable volume, mix and heat all the ingredients well, except for sugar and egg yolks.
In a separate container, grind the egg yolks with sugar until white.
Now put the egg mixture on low heat and gradually add the wine. Just make sure it is not too hot, otherwise the yolks may curdle.
Once you have poured in all the wine, whisk the drink with a whisk until foamy.
After that, remove the mulled wine from the heat and pour it into a suitable container.
