Tincture of grapes: 3 recipes at home

For grape tincture, you can use chacha, grappa, grape moonshine, food alcohol and simple vodka as an alcohol base.
A minimum of products, and at the end we get a flavored drink. You can even organize a waste-free production. The cake that remains after wine fermentation can be used to make tincture (recipe #3).
But if you want to make a tincture from fresh fruit, then the first two recipes are suitable for you.
They also make liqueurs from grapes: vodka, liqueurs and liqueurs.
Recipe for red grape tincture
The tincture according to this recipe will be moderately sweet and flavorful. For a special piquancy, you can add a small handful of ripe cherries to the container at the stage of putting the ingredients in the container. Only it should first be pierced with a toothpick in several places.
Ingredients
Ripe red grapes - 1 kg
Vodka - 1 liter
Granulated sugar - 300 g
The method of preparation
Grapes must be separated from the bunches, washed and dried a little.
Pour the prepared grapes, granulated sugar into the infusing jar and pour in the alcoholic component. Leave for 2-4 weeks in a dark place.
As soon as the berries turn white, it means that the tincture is ready.
It remains only to strain it, pass it through any of the available filters and bottle it.
Before tasting, it is advisable to keep the drink in the refrigerator for another week.
Spicy tincture of white grapes
Ingredients
White seedless grapes - 1 kg
Vodka - 1 liter
Granulated sugar - 400 g
Water - 500 ml
Lemon - 2 pieces.
Vanilla sugar - 30 g
Cloves - 8 buds
Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
The method of preparation
Cook syrup from water and two types of sugar using classical technology.
While the syrup cools to room temperature, remove the zest from the lemons with a fine grater (do not forget to scald and wipe the peel before starting).
Mix the prepared zest, cloves, cinnamon and alcohol in a glass container of appropriate volume. Leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature.
During this time, we need to separate the grapes from the bunches, wash and dry them.
After 3-4 hours, remove the cinnamon stick from the container, pour in the grapes and pour in the sugar syrup.
Close the container with a lid and transfer it to a warm, dark place for 2-3 months.
As soon as the aging comes to an end, strain, filter and bottle the drink.
Cool the finished tincture and serve it to the festive table.
The strength of the product is 20-25 degrees, and the shelf life should not exceed one year.
Strong tincture of grape pomace
For this recipe, you can use wild grape varieties or grape pomace left over from making homemade wine.
Grape moonshine can be replaced with ordinary vodka, diluted alcohol or chacha.
Ingredients
Grape pomace - 2 liters
Grape moonshine - 1.5 liters
Granulated sugar - 3 tbsp.
The method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a glass container and leave for 1-1.5 months in a dark room.
After the expiration of the aging period, the finished tincture must be filtered and bottled. Also at this stage, you can additionally add a sweetener in the form of fructose or sugar syrup.
To add spice to the drink, it is additionally aged in an oak barrel or on oak chips.
Store the strong tincture in a cool place.
