Leave for 10 days in a cool, dark place and shake the container daily.
On the 11th day, the drink must be filtered, passed through a homemade or purchased filter, and then bottled.
Pomegranate liqueur is best stored in the refrigerator or cellar.
Pomegranate liqueur according to Greek technology
Ingredients
Pomegranate seeds - 1.5 cups
Vodka - 1 glass
Sugar - 1 glass
Cloves - 3 buds

The method of preparation
Put all the ingredients in an enamel saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and boil the drink for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it brew for 30 minutes, then cover and leave at room temperature for a day.
After the specified time, strain the drink, pass it through a filter and pour it into a bottle.
To increase the strength of pomegranate liqueur, you can add only a third of the alcohol at the very beginning, and the rest to the cooled mass.

Ingredients
Pomegranate seeds - 300 g
Pure alcohol (95%) - 3 liters
Mineral water - 3 liters
Granulated sugar - 220 g

Pour the pomegranate seeds into a jar, pour 1 liter of alcohol and let it brew for 1 week at room temperature.
After a week, bring mineral water to a boil in a saucepan, then add sugar. After the crystals are completely dissolved, remove the syrup from the heat.
Add pomegranate tincture and the rest of the alcohol to the cooled syrup.
Stir, strain and filter the resulting drink.
Pour the finished liqueur into glass bottles and leave for 7 days in a cool place.

Pomegranate liqueur with lemon zest
Ingredients
Pomegranates - 3 pcs.
Vodka - 500 ml
Granulated sugar - 250 g
Zest of 1/4 of a lemon
The method of preparation
Take out the grains from the pomegranate and pour them into a glass jar.
Add finely chopped or grated lemon zest and grind the contents of the container with a wooden pestle.
Then pour in the alcoholic base and leave for a week in a sunny place.
After the specified time, the tincture must be filtered.
Pour one glass of the drink into a saucepan, add sugar and heat to 50 degrees.
After the syrup has cooled, mix it with the main tincture and filter.
Before tasting, it is advisable to leave the liquor for 10 days to stabilize the taste in a dark place.
Store the finished product at a temperature of 3-5 degrees.
Pomegranate liqueur on cognac
Ingredients
Pomegranate juice - 500 ml
Sugar - 500 g
Cognac - 250 ml
Lemon - 1 pc.
Method of preparation
Make syrup from fresh pomegranate juice and sugar. To do this, mix the sugar with the juice in a saucepan and evaporate the liquid over low heat so that you get a slightly viscous liquid.
Peel the zest from the lemon in a thin layer and cut it into pieces.
Mix pomegranate syrup with cognac and lemon zest.
Pour everything into a bottle and close it tightly. Keep for 10 days.
Then, strain and pour into a storage bottle. Store in a dark place.
Alternative recipe for pomegranate liqueur
Ingredients
Vodka - 800 ml
Fresh pomegranate juice - 300 ml
Powdered sugar - 200 g
Ground cinnamon - 3 g

Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon, pour into a bottle and fill with vodka and pomegranate juice.
Seal tightly, shake several times and leave to infuse for 60 days.
