Mozart (Mozart is the most popular chocolate liqueur in Europe. It is named in honor of the genius composer and musician of the 18th century, a native of Salzburg, Austria.

Types of Austrian liqueur

  2. White Chocolate Vanilla Cream - lightweight 15-degree modification. Its ingredients include cocoa butter, cream, vanilla, white cane refined sugar and purified beet sugar distillate;

  3. White Chocolate Cream Strawberry - another light version of the drink that also contains 15% ethanol. In addition to the white chocolate, cream and strawberries declared in the name of the liqueur, it contains vanilla and sugar of the highest purity;

  4. Dark Chocolate - an exquisite 17-degree liqueur aged for two years. Contains cocoa beans, vanilla, caramel and burnt beet sugar.

The forty-degree Mozart Distillerie GmbH, produced by Mozart Distillerie GmbH, stands out Chocolate Vodka. It is a distilled cocoa bean tincture with vanilla. This strong stuff, according to the creators, is primarily intended for use in various kinds of cocktails (see.: below).

  2. Vodka - 40 ml

  3. Small lime - 1 piece

  4. White or brown cane sugar - 1-2 tsp.

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the lime into quarters.
