Ingredients

Collect the ripest bird cherry, scatter it on a sheet and leave it for three days.
Then pour the bird cherry on a sieve or boards, put it in the oven in the freest spirit so that it does not bake, but only wilts; take it out of the oven, crush it well, pour it into a bottle up to the shoulders, add good purified vodka to the top and let it brew for 6 weeks...
Then drain, sweeten by putting 200 to 300 g of sugar on a bottle of liqueur, depending on your taste.
Classic bird cherry liqueur
The recipe is suitable for both black and red varieties of the berry of interest.
Ingredients
Bird cherry - 500 g
Vodka - 2 liters
Sugar - 300 g
The method of preparation
Put the berries and sugar in layers in a suitable jar. In this case, the bottom layer should consist of bird cherry, and the top layer should consist of granulated sugar. Also, keep in mind that the berry layers should be about a finger thick.
Gently pour vodka over everything without disturbing the layered structure of the contents of the container.
Keep a tightly closed jar in a warm, dark place for about a month.
Then drain the liquid, squeeze the pulp into it, add more sugar if desired and stir thoroughly.
Filter the drink, bottle it, and put it in a cool, dark place for several weeks. Store in the same place for no more than a year.
Double strong liqueur made of black bird cherry
If you are confused by the strength of the drink, half of the volume of alcohol specified in the recipe can be replaced with still drinking water.
Ingredients
Black bird cherry - 1-1.5 kg
50-degree alcohol or purified double moonshine of similar strength - 2 liters
Sugar - 400-500 g
The method of preparation
Spread the sorted berries in a warm, dark place on a suitable piece of clean cloth (an old sheet or bedspread is suitable).
After a few days, put the dried fruits, which begin to release juice, into a jar, cover with sugar and pour a liter of alcohol.
Keep a tightly closed container for 15-20 days in a dark room at room temperature, not forgetting to shake the container periodically (once within 3 days is enough).
Pass the result through a thorough cheesecloth filter, pour into a clean jar, close it tightly and refrigerate.
Mash the berries remaining in the first jar with a pestle, being careful not to crush the bones, and pour in a previously unused liter of alcohol (or water).
Close the container again and return it to a dark, warm room for 2 weeks.
After the specified period, drain the liquid and squeeze the pulp into it.
Mix the result with the tincture from the refrigerator and pass the resulting substance through a filter. If desired, the liqueur can be sweetened.
Pour the drink into bottles and seal them hermetically. Store in a cool, dark place.
It is recommended to taste the liqueur no earlier than a few weeks after bottling.
Black bird cherry liqueur
Don't forget that it is best to use pure grain alcohol to make liqueurs.
Ingredients
Black bird cherry - 700 g
Alcohol - 400 ml
Water - 500 ml
Sugar - 300 g
Method of preparation
Put the prepared berries in a jar and pour alcohol.
Keep a tightly closed container in a warm, dark place for a month.
Filter the liquid, pour it into a clean jar and close the lid.
Do not throw away the berries under any circumstances. You will need it soon for the syrup.
Make syrup from sugar and water, bringing it to a boil and carefully removing the foam.
Add the alcoholized berries to the boiling solution and boil them for 5 minutes.
Cool the resulting substance to room temperature, strain and mix thoroughly with the previously set aside alcohol infusion.
Close the jar with the future liqueur and let it mature in a dark, warm place for a week.
Filter the finished drink, if desired, and then bottle it.
Store the liquor in the cellar or refrigerator.
Red bird cherry liqueur with spices
To enhance the individuality of the drink from the above not particularly aromatic berry, it should be flavored with your favorite confectionery spices.
Ingredients
Red bird cherry - 1.5 kg
Alcohol - 750 ml
Water 500 ml
Sugar - 1 kg
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Ground cinnamon - 10 g
Ground nutmeg - 10 g
The method of preparation
Pass the sorted berries through a meat grinder.
Add spices and 500 g of sugar.
Mix it all thoroughly, put it in a jar, close the lid and leave it for 2 days in a dark, warm room.
Then, pour the pulp with alcohol, close again and shake thoroughly.
Return the jar to a dark, warm place for 3 weeks. Shake the container every 4 days for the first 2 weeks.
After the specified period, make a simple syrup from the remaining water and sugar.
While the syrup is cooling to room temperature, strain the alcohol infusion.
Mix both liquids, pour the liquor into bottles, and then send it to a cool, dark place for 5-7 days.
The drink is stored in the basement or in the refrigerator.
Liqueur from bird cherry petals
Ingredients
Fresh bird cherry blossoms
Vodka
Sugar
The method of preparation
Spread bird cherry blossoms on clean paper or cloth, leave for 2-3 days.
Put on a baking sheet, dry in a low-heated oven and chop the petals.
Pour into bottles or jars, filling 3/4 of the volume, top up with vodka. Seal the vessels tightly, put in the sun or in a warm place for 30-40 days.
Drain the tincture, squeeze the petals thoroughly and strain the squeezed liquid, add it to the infusion.
Pour in and dissolve sugar (200 g of sugar per 1 liter of tincture) while stirring, pour the liquor into clean bottles and cork.
Keep in a dark place, consume after 14 days.
Liqueur from dried bird cherry
Ingredients
Vodka - 500 ml
Dried bird cherry berries - 100 g
Sugar - 250 g
Water - 250 ml

Rinse the dried berries in warm water, let them dry well and pour into a bottle.
Pour vodka, leave for 21 days.
Pour off the tincture, cover the berries with water and boil.
Drain the liquid again, strain the berries, add sugar to the broth and boil the syrup.
Remove the syrup from the heat, cool, mix with the tincture. Filter the liquor thoroughly, pour into a dry bottle, cork and leave for at least 7-8 days before drinking.
Stumbler from black bird cherry
This aromatic drink, which is sometimes mistakenly classified as liqueur, can also please lovers of dessert alcohol.
Ingredients
Black bird cherry - 300 g
Vodka - 400 ml
Sugar - 150 g

Lightly dry the berry according to the method indicated in this recipe.
Preheat the oven to 100°C, turn it off and place the bird cherry spread out on a wooden plate inside.
At the first hint of an odor, remove the fruit and let it cool.
Fill a suitable jar with berries and add vodka to the top.
Close the container tightly and keep it on a sunny windowsill for a week (at the same time, the jar should be periodically turned to the light with one side or the other).
After this period, drain the tart viscous liquid and squeeze the pulp into it.
Pour the resulting substance into a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, and then cool to room temperature.
Repeat the procedure with boiling and cooling 2 more times.
Filter the finished drink, bottle it, carefully cork it and send it to a cool, dark place for the final 2 weeks.
Stumbling block made of red bird cherry
In this case, the drink should be filtered especially carefully, being sure to pass it through a full-fledged cotton gauze filter.

Red bird cherry - 1 kg
Vodka - 1 liter
Sugar - 200 g

Mash the fruits prepared in this way with a pestle, put them in a jar and pour vodka over them.
Put the tightly closed container in a warm, dark place for a month.
Then, pass the liquid through a filter, pour it into a saucepan, add sugar and boil, almost without bringing it to a boil.
While the substance is cooling to room temperature, taste it for sugar and sweeten it if necessary.
Pour the cooled liquid into a clean jar, close the lid and return to a dark, warm room for 10 days.
Strain the finished stumbler through cheesecloth again, bottle it and send it for storage in a cellar or refrigerator.
Puff bird cherry liqueur on moonshine
Ingredients
Forest black bird cherry - 500 g
Moonshine - 2 liters
Granulated sugar - 300 g
The method of preparation
Put bird cherry and granulated sugar in layers in a container of a suitable size. Continue pouring until the container is completely full.
Carefully fill the free space with double-distilled moonshine so as not to disturb the layers. Insist the drink for 25-30 days in a dark room.
After the specified time, strain the liquor and squeeze the pulp through cheesecloth.
Now take a sample and add a little more sugar if necessary.
