Apple syrup: 5 recipes at home

Apple syrup has a concentrated flavor. It can be made from any type of apple, but it is better to take winter varieties - they are more juicy.
The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking, but the more sweetness, the longer your syrup will last.
More apples are used to make: brew, tinctures and liqueurs, liqueur, wine, cider, moonshine
Recipe for apple syrup and jam (2 in 1)
Ingredients
Cloves - 6 pcs.
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Lemon - 1 piece.
Ground nutmeg - 0.3 ч. л.
Sugar - 1 kg
Apple - 1 kg
Method of preparation
Wash, dry, peel and core the apples. Then cut into cubes.
Put the prepared apples in a suitable container. Pour 700 g of sugar. Leave for two days so that the apples give juice.
Apples will give a lot of juice. Add the remaining 300 g of sugar. Mix gently.
Add spices. Put on a quiet fire. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Keep on fire for a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat. Cool it down. Put the apple pieces in a sieve, separating them from the syrup.
Add the juice of one lemon to the apple syrup. Add sugar if desired. Put on the fire. Bring to a boil.
Strain the syrup through several layers of cheesecloth. Repeat the filtration 2 times.
Pour the finished syrup into sterilized jars. Close with sterile lids. Put in the refrigerator. The syrup is ready!
Remove cloves from the mixture of cooked apples. Puree with an immersion blender.
Put the finished apple jam into sterilized jars. Close with lids. Put the jam in the refrigerator until needed.
Recipe for apple syrup with citric acid without cooking
Ingredients
Apple juice - 1 liter
Sugar - 1.5 kg
Citric acid - 1 tsp.
The method of preparation
Pass the clean apples through a juicer.
Pour the liquid into a bowl and let it stand for a day. It is better to put the juice in the refrigerator for this time.
The next day, carefully pour off the juice, leaving the settled fruit pulp at the bottom of the container.
Add sugar and citric acid to the clear liquid. Put the bowl on the fire and warm it up without bringing it to a boil.
After dissolving the sugar crystals, pour the syrup into sterile bottles and close them tightly.
Recipe for apple syrup made from unpeeled apples
Ingredients
Medium-sized apples - 10-12 pcs.
Water - 300 ml
Sugar - 700 g
The method of preparation
Cut the apples in half and put them in a saucepan. It is not necessary to peel and remove the seeds.
Cover the slices with water and boil for half an hour until soft, covered.
After that, add sugar to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
To separate the apple pulp with peels and seeds from the syrup, the mass is passed through a fine sieve covered with a cotton cloth or several layers of gauze.
The cake can be used to make jelly, and the syrup can be poured into jars.

Ingredients
Apple peeling - from 1 kilogram of apples
Water - 1.5 liters
Sugar - 1 kg
The method of preparation
The peel is laid out on a baking sheet and dried at minimum oven power for an hour, or in a dryer. As a result, you should get something like dried fruit.
Put the dried product in a saucepan and cover with water.
The mass is boiled for an hour and then passed through a fine sieve.

Ingredients
Apples - 1 kg
Water - 2 liters
Gelling sugar - 1 kg
The method of preparation
Put peeled and chopped apples in a saucepan and cover with water.
The main product should be boiled until soft, about 10 minutes.
Softened apples are crushed with a wooden pestle in water. Then the mass is passed through 4 layers of gauze.
Add gelling sugar to the resulting liquid and cook for another 5 minutes.
The syrup is ready! Store in the refrigerator in a sterile and tightly closed container
