The famous "French vodka" is made from such fruits. In the old days, this name belonged to particularly high-quality moonshine products; today it is used to refer to secondary distillation drinks made from slightly "fermented" fruits, wine and yeast.
They are made using different methods, including a variety of additional ingredients, and distilling the mixture from 1 to 3 times.
Tips before you start
Before cooking, it is recommended to purify the moonshine with activated carbon or potassium permanganate, which will improve the quality of the final product.
The finished drink is well stored and tastes better after prolonged aging.

Vodka "Yellow"
In the absence of any herbs, the recipe can be adjusted, but resin products must be present.

Method of preparation
All ingredients, except pistachios and ½ of the saffron weight, should be thoroughly chopped and mixed in a common container.
Put pistachios in a bag, tie with a thread. Leave out the saffron.
Pour the mixture with good moonshine.
Dip the bag of nuts into the liquid, fixing the thread on the neck of the vessel.
Keep the drink warm for 5 days, add the remaining saffron, distill.
Vodka "French classic"
Any slightly spoiled fruits and berries without mold are suitable as a base. The calculation of the number of components is as follows: for 12 liters of fruit and water mixture, you need 0.7 liters of wine and 50 g of yeast.
