Cream beer: Harry Potter recipe + classic recipe

The original low-alcohol drink made of ice cream, milk and spices, called Butterbeer, became famous as Harry Potter's favorite cocktail. In fact, the recipe for cream beer was invented much earlier than the "Rowling" stories about the boy from the magical school.
The recipe probably dates back to the Tudor dynasty in England, around the 14th century. However, the real glory of cream beer came from the Three Broomsticks pub and its famous visitor Harry.
