Lingonberry liqueur: 4 recipes at home

The drink is very aromatic, and the taste is moderately sour, with sweet notes of honey or sugar.
In order to start the cooking process, you should get fresh or frozen lingonberries and one of the proposed alcoholic components: vodka, diluted food alcohol or high quality moonshine.
Also made from lingonberries: wine, tinctures.
Classic lingonberry tincture
In this recipe, honey can be replaced with simple granulated sugar.
Ingredients
Lingonberries - 500 g
Vodka - 1 liter
Honey - 100 g
The method of preparation
Wash and grind the berries with a meat grinder. You can also use a simple spoon or blender.
Pour the lingonberry mass into a glass container and mix it with vodka and honey. Leave the drink for one month in a dark room.
After a month, the finished liquor should be filtered and passed several times through a cheesecloth or any other filter.
Pour the lingonberry drink into bottles, chill and serve.
Flavored lingonberry liqueur
Ingredients
Lingonberries - 1 cup
Vodka - 750 ml
Granulated sugar - 1 cup
Fresh mint - 2 sprigs
Currant sprigs with leaves - 2-4 pcs.
The method of preparation
The washed lingonberries must be crushed and transferred to a container for infusion.
Then add mint, currant sprigs and pour in the alcohol component. Leave the tincture for 1-2 weeks in a dark, cool place.
After the expiration of the term, the drink must be filtered, squeezed out the cake, add granulated sugar and pour into a clean container.
Cover and leave for another two weeks under the same conditions. Shake periodically so that the sugar granules are completely dissolved.
After two weeks, the liquor should be filtered and bottled.
Spicy lingonberry tincture
Ingredients
Lingonberries - 500 g
Food alcohol (40-45%) - 1 liter
Granulated sugar - 100 g
Water - 100 ml
Dried wormwood - 2 g
Fresh mint - 2 sprigs
The method of preparation
The clean lingonberry fruits should be lightly mashed together with mint and wormwood.
Transfer the resulting mass to an infusion container and pour in alcohol. Leave the tincture for three days at room temperature, in a room without daylight.
After three days, you need to prepare a classic sugar syrup.
After it has cooled down, mix it with the infusion and continue to stand for another 20 days, but in a warm place. Shake the container with the drink thoroughly once every 3-4 days.
Strain the finished liquor through cheesecloth (4-5 layers), squeeze out the cake, filter through a cotton filter and bottle it.
Before starting the tasting, it is advisable to leave the drink in the refrigerator for 3-4 days to stabilize the taste.
Grandfather's lingonberry liqueur with wormwood
Ingredients
Wormwood - 200-300 g per bucket of vodka
Ripe lingonberries - 2/3 of the capacity
Sugar - 200-300 g for the entire container
Method of preparation
In the spring, take 200 to 300 g of wormwood, let it brew in a bucket of vodka.
In the fall, pour two-thirds of the most ripe lingonberries into a bottle, then add a full bottle of wormwood-infused vodka
Let it brew in the room for two months.
Drain and sweeten if desired: 200 to 300 g of sugar per bottle of liqueur.
