Pineapple liqueur: 3 recipes at home

Tip before you start
For the preparation of alcoholic beverages, it is important to use only fresh fruits, and as an alcoholic base, you can take vodka, food alcohol or moonshine of good quality without a pungent odor.
Pineapple liqueur on alcohol
Ingredients
Pineapple - 4 pieces.
Food alcohol - 1 liter
Water - 1 liter
Granulated sugar - 500 g
Vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation
To begin with, peel the pineapple, and beat the flesh with a blender until smooth and puree.
Prepare the classic sugar syrup.
Then mix the pineapple puree, cooled sugar syrup, alcohol component in a glass container and add vanilla to taste. Insist the future liquor for 10 days in a cool, dark place.
After this stage, strain the drink, squeeze the cake through cheesecloth and then pass it through a purchased or homemade filter.
Store the finished product exclusively in the refrigerator or cellar.
Pineapple liqueur with rosemary
Ingredients
Ripe pineapple - 1 pc.
Rosemary - 4 small sprigs
Vodka - about 700 ml
Sugar syrup - to taste (on average about 300 ml)
The method of preparation
Peel the pineapple and cut the flesh into medium cubes of 2-3 cm.
Fill the glass container with the prepared fruit almost to the very top, throw in the rosemary and pour the alcohol base over everything. Leave it in a dark, warm place for a month to infuse.
Then drain the pineapple tincture and squeeze out the pulp with cheesecloth.
Add sugar syrup to the tincture according to your taste preferences, filter and bottle the drink.
Before tasting, keep the liquor for at least 2-3 weeks in a cool place.
An alternative recipe for pineapple liqueur
Ingredients
Water - 500 ml
Alcohol - 400 ml
Pineapple - 1,200 g
Sugar - 250 g of sugar
Pineapple essence - 2-3 drops
The method of preparation
To prepare sugar syrup, cool down. Peel pineapples, chop.
Mix the alcohol with the sugar syrup, pour the mixture over the pineapple and place the whole mass in a large jar.
Put in the sun for 20-30 days.
Strain, filter and add pineapple essence.
Pour into prepared bottles. Drink ready to drink.
