Volare liqueur: an overview of types + 7 cocktail recipes

Italian Volare liqueurs are perhaps the most popular liqueurs in the world. They are especially popular with bartenders for making all kinds of cocktails. This is not surprising, because the line includes 35 liqueurs and 3 soft drinks (Grenadine, Lime juice, Simple syrup).
The history of the brand creation
Production of Volare liqueurs was launched in 2006. And the history of the company began in 1868 in Asiago, a small town in Veneto Prealps. A young pharmacist Giovan Battista Rossi prepared and sold various elixirs. And then one day he came up with a recipe for an elixir on the bark of a hin tree and called it Chino Rossi.
It was a success! And in 1904, Giovanni received the Grand Prix de Paris award, which became the impetus for the opening of a distillery in Europe - Distilleria Rossi.
After 100 years, Antiche Distillerie Riunite, owned by the Dal Toso family, has taken over this production heritage.
Today, Antiche Distillerie Riunite is the owner of two plants: Rossi d`Asiago and Valbruna Dstillerie.
Features of Volare liqueurs
Volare is an innovative and creative line of cocktail liqueurs made exclusively from natural and high-quality ingredients.
The bottle design was developed in collaboration with world championship winning bartender Jamie Stephenson. And this is another key element of the liqueur's success.
Because the bottle is thought out to the smallest detail, which makes it easier for bartenders:
Patented Pro-pour technology, thanks to which a professional geyser is built into the cap.
Extended bottle neck with anatomical grip.
Reduced bottle bottom diameter that fits perfectly into a Boston shaker.
Lightweight bottle that allows for easy flaring (bottle juggling).
The label uses an inverted inscription, which plays a presentation role.
