Walnut kernels - 30 pieces
Diluted food alcohol (40%) - 1 liter
Water - 500 ml
Sugar - 500 g
Cloves (optional) - 3-4 pcs.
Cinnamon (optional) - 1 stick
Ground nutmeg (optional) - 5 g
Cardamom (optional) - 2-3 pieces.
The method of preparation
Grind the nut kernels, put them in a jar, add spices and pour alcohol.
Hide the tightly closed container in a dark, warm place for a month; shake the vessel vigorously once every 5 days.
After the specified period, take care of the preparation of sugar syrupBring water and sugar to a boil over low heat, then boil for a few more minutes, skimming off the foam.
Leave the sugar solution to cool to room temperature, and in the meantime, strain the alcohol infusion, carefully squeezing the nut cake into it.
Mix the syrup with alcohol.
Close the jar with the future liquor tightly again and put it in a cool, dark place for two weeks.
Bottle the finished drink and send it for storage in the basement or refrigerator.
Italian liqueur from green walnuts

Green walnuts - 29 pieces.
Diluted food alcohol (40%) - 1.5 liters
Water - 400 ml
Sugar - 750 g
Lemon - 1 piece
Ground cinnamon - 10 g
Cloves - 10 g
Ground nutmeg (optional) - 10 g
Vanilla (optional) - 2 pods
Coffee beans (optional) - 29 pieces
The method of preparation
Wash the nuts and cut them into quarters.
Scald lemon with boiling water, rinse with cold running water and pat dry.
Remove the yellow zest from the lemon without touching the white peel.
Put the nuts, zest, spices, coffee beans and 375 g of sugar in a jar and pour over the alcohol.
Put a tightly closed container on a sunny windowsill, where it should stay for two months (shake it every 2-3 days).
Then, using the remaining water and sugar, prepare simple syrup.
Cool the sugar solution to room temperature and mix with the tincture. If the drink seems too strong, you can dilute it with still water.
Continue the infusion for another month (this time in a cool, dark room), shaking the liquid daily.
Pass the finished liquor through a thick filter and bottle.
Store the drink in a cool, dark place. Taste no earlier than one year after bottling.

Green walnut liqueur with white wine

Diluted food alcohol (40%) - 1.5 liters
Dry white wine - 300 ml
Water - 400 ml
Sugar - 750 g
Lemon - 1 piece
Ground cinnamon - 10 g
Cloves - 10 g

Nut liqueur on cognac brand
A very original drink that is not devoid of sophistication.
List of ingredients
Kernels of ripe walnuts - 250 g
Ordinary brandy or cognac - 350 ml
Water - 250 ml
Liquid honey - 250 ml
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Lemon zest - 1 h. л.
Orange zest - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cloves - 3 pieces
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Fry the nuts in it until golden brown.
Put the kernels that have not cooled down into a jar, pour brandy and close tightly.
Keep the container in a cool, dark place for a month, shaking it once every 4-5 days.
After the specified period, carefully filter the liquid.
Boil honey syrup, bringing the substance to a maximum of 50 degrees.
Add cinnamon and cloves to the cooling syrup.
Stir the honey solution that has cooled to room temperature into the walnut tincture without straining.
Add the zest and extract, then seal the container.
Return the result to a cool, dark place for a couple of days.
Filter the finished liquor again and bottle it thoroughly.
Place the drink in the cellar or refrigerator, allowing it to rest for two to three months.
Nut and ginger liqueur
A special recipe for ginger lovers. The amount of sugar syrup is variable.
List of ingredients
Ripe whole walnut kernels - 6 pieces
Neutral alcohol (vodka/40 degree alcohol/ moonshine) - 500 ml
Water - 50 ml
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp. a spoonful
Fresh ginger root - 50 g
Lemon - 1/2 piece
The method of preparation
Cook from water and sugar (regular and vanilla) simple syrup.
Cut the ginger into thin slices.
Remove the yellow zest from half a lemon.
Put walnut kernels, ginger and zest in a suitable glass container.
Pour alcohol over everything and add the cooled sugar solution.
Send a tightly closed container to a dark, warm place for two weeks.
Strain the finished drink thoroughly, bottle and seal it hermetically.
Store in a cool, dark place.
