Malfy gin: a guide to alcohol

About Malfy gin

Malfy gin is a modern style gin that is characterized by the use of unique Italian citrus fruits. The juniper tone in these gins weakens and fades into the background, revealing a bright citrus aroma, and the taste becomes much milder than in London Dry gins.

Malfy comes from the Italian city of Turin, where monks have long experimented with the distillation of various spirits, trying to improve them with the help of local nature. Juniper is common in Italy, in particular, in the famous Tuscany, and it was the Italians who managed to create one of the world's first gins. In particular, Malfy is the first fruit gin in Italy.

How to drink Malfy gin

Malfy gins are unusual, they do not have the usual set of pronounced juniper and herringbone aromas, so they require a special approach. Flavored bitter tonics, as well as liqueurs and aromatic vermouths will be a good combination with these gins. Since all the gins in the line are citrus, they will go well with citrus juices.
