Cognac Quint: history in brief + overview of all types

The Kvint line of cognacs produced by the Kvint-Market wine and cognac factory is made on the basis of its own raw material base. The plant is a leader in the production of alcoholic beverages in the Moldovan region and is widely known in other post-Soviet countries.

Briefly about the history of the plant

In 1897, a factory was built in the city of Tiraspol in Moldova, which included a purification warehouse on Vokzalnaya Street. At the warehouse, 40% wine vodka was made from grapes donated by local residents.

The production of divinis (cognacs) began in 1938. At the same time, the first cognac spirits were laid for aging.

Due to the unique climate and rich soil of the Moldavian region, the harvested crops produce cognac spirits of the highest quality.

Since 2000, the production of cognacs has been launched according to the international quality system ISO:9001 (BVQI).

Today, Quint is a modern technology and high-quality equipment that produces excellent drinks according to the age-old traditions.

Every year the company produces more than 30 types of cognacs with aging of cognac spirits from 3 to 60 years.

Classic cognacs of Quint

1. 3, 5, 6 stars - has a pleasant taste of cognac spirits aged for at least 3-6 years.

2. 3 and 5 stars "Kosher" - has a golden amber color and a soft harmonious taste with a floral bouquet.

3. 3 and 5 stars "Jubilee" - the release of this drink was timed to the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. A fragrant and delicate drink with vanilla and chocolate notes, made from spirits aged from 3 to 6 years.

4. 4.5 stars White Stork" - has a golden color and a delicate floral-vanilla aroma with notes of aging of alcohols for at least 4 years and 5 months.

5. 6 stars "Tiras" - a popular brandy among the ordinary series, which began to be produced in the 90s. Soft pleasant taste with floral notes. Produced from cognac spirits that are aged in oak barrels for at least 6 years.

1. 10 stars "KVINT XO SURPRISE" - has a complex and delicate flavor with notes of wild flowers. It is made from alcohols aged for at least 10 years.

2. 10 stars "Surprise" - has a rich flavor and complex aroma of wildflowers with notes of vanilla and wildflower shades.

3. 8, 10 stars - is made according to the classical technology from spirits aged for at least 8-10 years, has a flavor of chocolate and wild flowers.

4. 9 stars "Doina" - has a well-developed aroma of wildflowers and a vanilla-resinous taste. Produced from alcohols aged for at least 9 years.

2. 50 stars "Prince Wittgenstein" - cognac was released in honor of the commander Peter Wittgenstein, has a noble and unique taste. Produced from spirits aged for more than 50 years.

3. 25 stars and 60 stars "SHERIFF" - to the 25th anniversary of the company, a limited edition cognac was released. The flavor is characterized by the aroma of spirits aged in oak barrels for more than 25-60 years with notes of prunes, dried apricots and marmalade.

The golden drink is poured into snifter glasses with a thick bottom and a short stem at a temperature of 20-22 C.
