Balanced and flavorful absinthe is served as an aperitif with water, tonic or ice.

About the manufacturer

The Blackmint distillery was founded in the early 1990s by Yves Kubler, a member of the dynasty of the large Swiss absinthe producer Kubler. This company was the only one in the Val de Traverse that did not interrupt its activities since its foundation in 1863; after the ban on absinthe, it produced other alcoholic beverages and herbal syrups. Together with his childhood friend, Alexander Wyss, Yves Kübler set up the production of the anise aperitif La Rincette. This drink was the first step towards realizing Yves' dream of creating a product that resembles the original absinthe of his ancestors as closely as possible.
