Absinthe La Fee: an overview of the taste and types

The owner of the La Fee brand, George Rowley, legalized absinthe in the European Union after it was banned in 1915. This drink can be considered a revival of the traditions of the absinthe distillation process.

La Fee alcohol is distinguished from other absinthes by its special production technology: usually, mass brands of absinthes are made by simply adding some plant extracts to alcohol, while La Fee distills together with plant aromatic ingredients in classic copper cubes.

Absinthe contains only natural ingredients: alcohol, water, spices and various herbal extracts (wormwood, hyssop, lemon balm, anise, fennel, etc.). д.).
