Tincture of leuzea: what is it and why is it needed + recipe for tincture with vodka
Among athletes, the extract of leuzea, a tall herbaceous plant with large light purple flowers, is especially popular.
The plant is also known as "maral root", "raponticum" and "big head".
Various parts of the culture are used for medicinal purposes: roots, inflorescences, leaves. Tinctures are made from the underground part, decoctions and teas from the aboveground part.
The best effect is provided by an alcohol extract prepared on the basis of the rhizome.
What is this tincture and how is it useful
Due to its rich content of nutrients, tincture based on leuzea has a tonic, immunostimulating, antidepressant, tonic effect. The drug is also widely known as a means of improving potency, normalizing heart function, and preventing aging.
In bodybuilding, leuzea alcohol extract is used as an anabolic. The product helps to build muscle mass, to tolerate physical activity more easily, to stabilize the heart rate and to increase endurance during sports training.
Application of leuzea tincture
The alcohol extract is drunk 20-30 drops twice a day for 3-4 weeks, diluted with water beforehand.
Tincture on vodka can be taken 40 drops three times a day.
If necessary, an additional course is prescribed after a two-month break.
If you have sleep problems, it is better to refrain from using the infusion in the afternoon to avoid problems falling asleep.
Bodybuilders usually consume the tincture immediately before training. It is unacceptable to take the remedy in the presence of problems with heart rhythm, blood vessels, blood pressure, kidneys, liver, as well as in childhood, during acute infections and pregnancy.
Recipe for tincture on vodka
Levsea extract is sold at the pharmacy, but you can make it yourself if you wish. The rhizome is dug up in late summer / early autumn, after the fruit has formed, shaken off, washed and dried thoroughly.

Dry leuzea root - 100 g
Vodka - ½ liter
The method of preparation
Grind the root, pour it into a glass container.
Pour the powder with alcohol, mix well, seal.
Leave the mixture in the dark for 2 weeks, strain.
