Tincture "Mandarin"

For other types of drink, tangerines can be replaced with orange or lemon.

Ingredients

  1. Mandarin - 4 pcs

  2. Vodka - 1 liter

The method of preparation

  1. Remove a thin layer of zest from the fruit, put in a bottle, pour alcohol.

  2. Squeeze a couple of drops of tangerine juice into the vessel and seal it tightly.

  3. Allow to steep for several days, filter.

Recipe for "Mokruha" liqueur

The drink is probably of Ukrainian origin. Tastes like a good fruit liqueur. The amount of berry juice can be increased as desired to reduce the strength (both freshly squeezed and store-bought is fine).

Ingredients

  1. Vodka - 1 liter

  2. Orange zest - 1 cup

  3. Cloves - 10 stars

  4. Cherry juice - ¼ l

Method of preparation

  1. Throw the zest and cloves into vodka and leave in the dark for 15-20 days.

  2. Pour berry juice into the infusion, mix well.

  3. Strain the drink, distribute it in small bottles, leave to age for another six months or more.

Recipe for almond tincture

Ingredients

  1. Water - 100 ml

  2. Vodka - 1 liter

  3. Sugar - 140 g

  4. Peeled almonds - 50 g

Ingredients

  1. Crush the walnut, pour it into vodka, seal the vessel, transfer it to the dark, leave it for 1 month.

  2. Brew a thick sweet syrup from water and sugar, pour it into the infusion after cooling, mix thoroughly.

Tincture "Red pepper"

The drink does not need to be diluted with sugar syrup.

Ingredients

  1. Vodka - 3 liters

  2. Crushed red pepper - 75 g

  3. Sugar - 900 g

  4. Water - 750 ml

The method of preparation

  1. Pour pepper into vodka.

  2. Let the mixture steep in warmth for about three weeks.

  3. Strain the infusion through a cloth.

  4. Prepare syrup by mixing water and sugar.

  5. Dilute the tincture with sweet liquid.

  6. Filter the drink and bottle it.

Tincture "Amateur"

Ingredients

  1. Garlic - 6 pieces

  2. Bitter pepper - 1 pod

  3. Lemon - ½ piece

  4. Vodka - 0.5 liters

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the pepper and garlic into small pieces, throw the mass into a bottle of vodka, let it sit for 3 weeks, after tightly corking the vessel.

  2. Strain the infusion, squeeze lemon juice from half a fruit, add to the garlic liquid.

  3. Filter the drink, pour it into a bottle, and refrigerate.

Tincture "Hunting"

Ingredients

  1. Juniper berries - 35 g

  2. Ground black pepper - 2 g

  3. Dill seeds - 50 g

  4. Vodka - 1 liter

  5. Salt - 12 g

  6. Horseradish root - 40 g

The method of preparation

  1. Pour all the solid ingredients into the bottle, fill the vessel with vodka.

  2. Leave the mixture for infusion in the heat for half a month, shake regularly.

  3. Drain the liquid, filter, keep in the cold.

Tincture "Hot pepper"

Ingredients

  1. Garlic - 1 head

  2. Vodka - 1 liter

  3. Hot red pepper - 1 pod

The method of preparation

  1. Divide the garlic into cloves, peel and chop each one finely.

  2. Mix the mass with pepper, pour into a jar.

  3. Pour alcohol into the container, seal tightly.

  4. Let the liquid steep for 14-16 days in a warm place.

  5. Pour the infusion through a cloth filter, distribute it into bottles.

Pepper tincture "Quick"

Ingredients

  1. Garlic - 2 cloves

  2. Vodka - 1 liter

  3. Hot red pepper - 1 pod

  4. Parsley - 2 sprigs

  5. Allspice peppercorns - 3 pcs

The method of preparation

  1. Mash the parsley with a blunt part of a knife, peel the garlic, rinse the pepper.

  2. Pour the prepared ingredients and allspice into a bottle of vodka, seal it.

  3. Keep the infusion for 4 hours in room conditions, strain and taste.
