Absinthe Vincent: a guide to alcohol

Ukrainian absinthe Vinset has been on the market for quite a long time, during which time it has managed to become a favorite of many inexpensive bars and has proven itself as an absinthe for cocktails.
Absinthe has a green color with a bright, rich taste with a characteristic wormwood bitterness, notes of spices (anise, coriander) and a pleasant aftertaste. The flavor is a combination of wormwood, liquorice, anise, coriander and other spices.
Winset is available in two versions with 60% alcohol content and 70% premium. There is no significant difference in taste, so Vzboltai recommends taking the one that is cheaper. There is no official information on the amount of thujone in the drink, but some websites declare from 7 to 10 mg/l.
It is worth noting that this absinthe contains dyes, which is not natural for real absinthe.

Brandbar is one of the leading producers of elite alcohol in Ukraine. The company's history goes back more than 20 years.
In 2001, as a result of a business trip to Austria and negotiations with Esarom specialists, a decision was made to jointly produce a strong alcoholic beverage - absinthe. The high level of technology, the availability of a raw material base in the Austrian Alps, and the geographical location near Switzerland, the birthplace of absinthe, made it possible to create a recipe for 19th century absinthe, named "Vincent Absinthe" in honor of the great admirer of the drink - Vincent Van Gogh.
In 2003, the company started producing red absinthe "Rouge" with a very interesting flavor range.
In 2005, according to its own developed technical specifications, for the first time in Ukraine, Brandbar began production of absinthe with 70% alcohol content. Traditionally named Vincent Premium and Vincent Elite. Then the company expanded its range with another cocktail drink - sambuca, and in 2008 the legendary gin was added to the collection.
In 2011, the company launched a line of liqueurs under the Brandbar trademark.
The Brandbar company produces alcohol mainly for the HoReCa service sector on the automated lines of Gorobina LLC in Sumy. In total, the product range includes about 80 items.
The experience gained over the years allows the company to ensure consistently high quality products based on the use of exclusively natural raw materials.
The production of Brandbar products uses water that passes through sand and coal columns and a filter. Water composition is adjusted with the help of a reverse osmosis unit.
The best grain alcohols of domestic production are used for the production of drinks.
Flavored spirits and infusions are prepared directly at the plant, for which only natural ingredients are purchased: oak bark, honey, star anise, cardamom, coriander, etc. д.
Ensuring high quality through the use of natural ingredients is the main principle of Brandbar's work. The company imports all components for the production of its products from all over the world. For example, the star anise is from Southeast Asia, the cocoa beans used for liqueurs are from Côte d'Ivoire, the vanilla Bourbon is from Madagascar, the fruits of Peach and Melon are from Tajikistan, and the juices of strawberries, black currants and cherries are from Italy. High-quality raw materials and modern equipment under the guidance of a team of professionals made it possible to bring each production stage to perfection, which is the key to the successful operation of the plant, and that is why the products created at the plant have such an original and unique taste.
