An alternative recipe for tea syrup
Ingredients
Favorite tea - 25 g
Sugar - 670 g
Cloves - 0.8 g
Citric acid - 1 g
Water - 670 ml
The method of preparation
Brew 25 grams of tea in 150 ml of boiling water and let it brew. Then strain the tea through a strainer so that no brew remains.
Take cloves, chop them and pour boiling water over them. We take 20 ml of boiling water for our 0.8 g of cloves. Bring the water and cloves to a boil again, then remove from heat and strain.
Next, take citric acid and pour warm water (20 ml). Stir so that the acid dissolves in water, and pour this solution into the one we have made from water and cloves.
Cook sugar syrup separately (sugar and water 1 to 1). When the sugar syrup is ready, add the solution obtained from cloves and citric acid, as well as our brewed tea.
Mix everything and get tea syrup.
