Beer with sour cream: recipe and effects

At the mere mention of beer mixed with sour cream, many people immediately get a silly smile on their face. The fact is that this interesting mix has long been considered a very effective remedy for male problems. However, this is not the only effect of this drink on our body. It is no secret that regular consumption of beer, at least for a month, will lead to significant obesity. Not a set of muscle mass, but the appearance of a considerable fat layer, which under no circumstances turns into muscles.

Recipe for beer with sour cream

  1. Take a 200 gram glass of sour cream and a 0.33 liter bottle of light beer.

  2. Shake all the sour cream into a half-liter beer mug.

  3. Add about half a bottle of beer and mix thoroughly.

  4. When we have a homogeneous mass, add the remaining beer to the mug and continue to mix the contents of the container until a homogeneous substance is obtained.

  5. After achieving the above result, the drink can be considered ready.

Possible consequences

High-calorie, but naturally dense sour cream by itself does not have time to be absorbed by our body. Beer accounts for 20 percent of the food consumed. But mixed with perfectly digestible beer, sour cream with all its calories is absorbed into the bloodstream almost without a trace. The result of this phenomenon, in addition to the aforementioned increase in body fat, is an increase in the load on our long-suffering liver.

Thus, you should not make beer with sour cream your daily drink, but if you like this mix and decide to fatten up with it several times a year, then there will be no harm in it.
