Types of Suzdal mead
The drink is produced on an industrial scale by a local specialized enterprise called Suzdal Honey Factory. The range of mead brands produced here is very solid. The names of the offered varieties of the drink are also noteworthy, emphasizing its distinctive patriarchal character.

Two-hryvnia
This is the same classic (basic) drink consisting of the unchanging magnificent four: honey, sugar, water and yeast. Light yellow color, like beer. Short shelf life - only 4 months (120 days). The strength is 4.8 - 5.8%.
Five-alt
Instead of sugar, malt is added to this drink; in addition, it is characterized by a relatively short fermentation period. The strength is 5%.
Half and half
It is characterized by the addition of hops and sweet clover; brewer's yeast is also used in its production. Calms and gives strength. The strength is 7.8 - 8.3%.
Streletskaya
