Ingredients
Lychee liqueur - 5 ml
Golden rum - 25 ml
Limoncello - 15 ml
Lime juice - 15 ml
Sugar syrup - 15 ml
Quail egg white - 25 ml
Cranberries - 20 g
Vanilla sugar - 6 g
Ice lumps - 200 g
Method of preparation
Put ice in a shaker, add lime juice, sugar syrup, lychee liqueur, limoncello and rum.
Shake everything thoroughly and strain the contents of the shaker into a pre-chilled champagne saucer through a strainer.
Mash the cranberries with a blender and transfer to a saucer.
Add quail egg white, vanilla sugar and whisk until thick foam.

The method of preparation
