Anise tincture: a recipe from fans of good moonshine

Anise tincture on moonshine is not particularly sophisticated. However, lovers of anise, multiplied by the thrill of alcohol, will like it.

Ingredients

  1. Moonshine (45-50 degrees) - 3 liters

  2. Common anise seeds - 4 g

  3. Cumin seeds - 0.5 g

  4. Dill seeds - 0.5 g

  5. Coriander - 0.2 g

  6. Star anise - 2 stars

  7. Sugar (optional) - 1 tbsp.

The method of preparation

  1. Grind the star anise, then send all the bulk ingredients to a three-liter jar and pour moonshine.

  2. Put the container in a cool, dark place.

    Keep in mind that when in contact with sunlight, the essential oils contained in anise are necessarily transformed into toxic substances.

  3. Keep the jar in the dark for two weeks, shaking it daily. Then strain the drink and leave it to mature for another two weeks.

  4. Pour the result into bottles of dark glass and wait for the right opportunity to use the resulting decoction.

Anise tincture on alcohol

Anise tincture on alcohol at home requires even less effort than its previous modification. As a result, you will get something very close to a French pastis.

Ingredients

  1. Water-alcohol solution (45 degrees) - 500 ml

  2. Common anise - 1 tsp.

  3. Star anise - 2 stars

  4. Cumin - 1 h. л. л.

  5. Liquorice - 0.5 h. л.

  6. Sugar - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients, except sugar, into a suitable glass container and pour alcohol.

  2. Keep the vessel, shaking it periodically, for half a month in a cool, dark place (it is not recommended to leave the drink in the refrigerator to avoid crystallization of essential oils).

  3. Then, filter the liquid through cheesecloth and cotton filters, add sugar, mix thoroughly and return to the dark for several days, then pour into a dark bottle and carefully cork.

Anise and dill tincture

Ingredients

  1. Vodka - 1 liter

  2. Anise, chamomile and dill - 10 g

Method of preparation

  1. Mix dill and chamomile, add anise seeds and pour into a bottle.

  2. Pour vodka, leave for 35-37 days.

  3. Strain and pour into bottles prepared for storage.
