The history of Merlet liqueur
The Merle Cognac House, which has existed since 1850, produces a whole range of berry and fruit cream liqueurs. The line includes ten products that are regularly awarded gold medals and receive high marks from critics at international alcohol competitions.
Types of Merlet liqueurs

Creme de Cassis, 20% by volume.
Ingredients: cognac, black currants of the Noir de Bourgogne variety.
Aroma and taste: dense and concentrated, rich aroma of black currant, hints of tobacco and menthol. The taste is thick and sweet, with a very long aftertaste of black currant jam.
How to drink: neat with ice; in cocktails with rum; with sparkling wine; with ice cream.
Creme de Mure, 18% abv.
Ingredients: cognac, blackberry.
Aroma and flavor: the aroma is characterized by rich blackberry compote, custard and dried violet flowers. The taste is thick and full-bodied, very sweet, with ripe blackberries and elderberries in the aftertaste.
How to drink: with sparkling wine, with ice cream.
Creme de Peche de Vigne, 18% abv.
Ingredients: cognac, Peche de Vigne peach.
Aroma and taste: peach jam, floral honey and cream in the aroma. The taste is rich peachy, with creamy hints in the aftertaste.
How to drink: in cocktails; with rum; with sweet desserts.
Creme de Poire William, 18 % by volume.
Ingredients: cognac, Williams pear from the Loire River Valley.
Aroma and flavor: soft, pear aroma, with hints of meringue and light spice. The taste is juicy and sweet, slightly tart, pear and honey are clearly felt in the aftertaste.
How to drink: neat with ice; in cocktails; with desserts.
Soeurs Cerises Cherry Brandy, 24% by volume.
Ingredients: cognac, different varieties of cherries, cherry distillate.
Aroma and taste: the intense aroma is characterized by cherry and sweet cherry, notes of almonds. The taste is thick, with bright shades of dried and boiled cherries, spices.
How to drink: neat with ice; in cocktails.
Lune d'Abricot, 25 % by volume.
Ingredients: cognac, different varieties of apricot, almonds, apricot distillate.
Aroma and taste: exquisite aroma, concentrated apricot with notes of mango, spices and wildflowers.
How to drink: neat with ice; with sparkling wine.
"C2" Citron & Cognac, 33% by volume.
Ingredients: cognac, black currant.
Aroma and taste: citrus tones with hints of ginger and spices in the aroma. Lemon, lime, and cognac are in the taste.
How to drink: in cocktails; with tonic and ice.
"C2" Cassis & Cognac
Ingredients: cognac, lemon zest.
Aroma and taste: intense aroma of black currant and blackberry tones. The taste is characterized by currants and vanilla shades of cognac.
How to drink: in cocktails; with tonic and ice.
Triple Sec
Ingredients: alcohol, lemon peel, orange peel.
Aroma and taste: lemon zest and orange juice are felt in the aroma and taste. tangerine and acidity balanced with sweetness.

Triple Sec "Trois Citrus"
Ingredients: alcohol, lemon peel, orange peel.
Aroma and taste: the aroma is full of notes of orange peel and fragrant herbs. The taste is bright and mild, with orange, lemon and creamy custard.
How to drink: with ice and juices; with vodka; with tonic.
