Ragnaud-Sabourin cognac: a guide to alcohol

About the Ragnaud-Sabourin brand
The Ragnaud Sabourin Cognac House was established in 1850 in the village of La Voute, near Ambleville. The company belongs to small family-owned, so-called "non-commercial" cognac houses.
The company owns 50 hectares of vineyards located in Grand Champagne. Uni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche varieties are grown.
It is interesting that the company distills exclusively on the lees, the "tails" and "heads" are distilled together, from the bruyère. This magnificent alcoholic beverage is aged only in Limousin oak barrels, which are made using the classic nailless technology.
The Ranho-Saburan family is infinitely proud of its long history and the fact that they are faithful to tradition and generational continuity. The house's portfolio includes a wide range of products of exceptional quality, from entry-level to forty-year old cognacs and vintage cognacs.
Today, three of his descendants, Denis, Ani and Patricia, manage the cognac production process and grape cultivation on 50 hectares of limestone soils stretching on the slopes of the village of Ambleville.
