Absinthe review

The French version of absinthe according to the classic recipe from one of the leaders in the alcohol market - Pernod Ricard. Despite its 68% strength, the alcohol is very interesting, but unfortunately, Vzboltai did not find any official information about the thujone content in the drink. Some sources claim that this absinthe contains up to 10 mg/l of thujone.

This alcohol will definitely decorate your bar, but it is not suitable for drinking at classical methods it fits with a stretch.

The color of the absinthe is emerald green. The taste is characterized by bitter wormwood with nuances of anise, Provencal herbs and mint. The finish is of medium length, slightly tart. The aroma reveals a multilayered and harmonious herbal bouquet, dominated by tones of wormwood, cardamom, mint and spices.
